Trust is at the foundation of so much in life.  From an early age we learn to trust those teaching and guiding us.  What food we eat, where we go, who we meet... so much depends on those raising us.  We trust the world around us to not give way. We trust the design of this world to continue to operate giving us firm ground to walk upon, fresh air to breathe in, and food to sustain us.  We trust our bodies to heal and mend. Trust, however, can be broken.  It can be betrayed.  There is not much more bitter a sting than breaking trust. Trustworthiness, therefore, is of such great value. God is the very definition of trustworthy.  Faithful. We asked our artists to explore the idea of trust and even the loss of trust in this exhibit.  May it cause you to think even deeper upon what you put your trust in.
